- Once your estimate has been settled you will then receive information in the mail by your insurance company along with your first check.
- Depreciation is based on the age and condition of your home.
- Once your roof is complete, Shamrock Roofing will send a letter of completion to your insurance company; at this point the insurance company will send the final check.
